1. Account Registration

To fully access the Platform and its features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

2. Job Listings

As a User, you may have the ability to post job listings on the Platform. You agree that all job listings you post will be accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of your job listings and any consequences arising from posting inaccurate or misleading information.

3. Job Applications

As a User applying for jobs through the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your application materials.  Rolling Recruits is not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers using the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of job listings, and we encourage Users to exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence.

4. User Content

The Platform may allow you to post, submit, or upload content, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, and job listings ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by providing it to us, you grant Rolling Recruits a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform's operation and promotion.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's functionality. You also agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Use the Platform to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Harass, intimidate, or threaten other Users or  Rolling Recruits  personnel.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users' accounts.

Use automated means, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Platform or collect User information.

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about our Users.

7. Modifications to the Platform

Rolling Recruits reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Platform without liability or notice.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rolling Recruits, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
